Answering a call from a company in Virgina

It's been a busy few days at Minuteman Press Las Vegas West. We received a call Friday afternoon for an order of 550 64-page booklets for a company out of Virginia exhibiting at the Power-Gen International Conference 2015 in Las Vegas this week.

We needed to download the files, check the art, set up the digital press and quote the job. A Minuteman Press owner in Virginia called for help when he discovered there was a major problem with the center-spread advertisement for a very important company. 

We answered the call and spent the weekend correcting the pages, printing the pages, stapling and trimming 550 books in three days. The digital press ran all weekend to complete this job.

It was quite an undertaking but we came through and the booklets looked great. We also repaired the artwork for two very important advertisers.

Vincent Hernandez delivered the booklets to a ABMA Director of Meetings Cheryl Jamall who was very grateful to receive the books in time for the start of the conference. We were glad to help out.

Every Door Direct Mail does work for businesses

We have been sending out postcards to various businesses in Las Vegas through the Every Door Direct Mail program offered by the United States Post Office.

The Casino Job Center received one of our cards and called us for 500 5-by-8-inch cards. They look great and we delivered them to their office on Spring Mountain Road.

Menu Cards for Dental Patients

Last week a dental office asked about special menu cards for their patients. After negotiating a low price, the client agreed to pay for 150 cards printed on a nice cover stock.

The cards look great and will bring more smiles to their patients.

Thanks to the Smile Dental Center on Charleston and Rainbow for allowing us to redesign this special card.
